Madison-Milwaukee Trip

Last weekend we headed to Madison & Milwaukee, WI to see friends and check out the sights.
Here are a few photos from our trip.

The Milwaukee Art Museum’s Quadracci Pavilion is breath taking. When I photographed it I kept feeling like I was seeing parts of Georgia O’Keefe paintings.

All in all a great road trip to two wonderful cities in Wisconsin. I don’t have photos but in Madison, while leaving a nice food co-op we stumbled upon our first ever parade of naked bicyclists  (see Wisconsin State Journal : http://host.madison.com/wsj/news/local/article_961927d2-755b-5a66-b367-7f2825ae0847.html)—seventy-five of them as they cycled through Madison bringing attention to the causes of energy independence and body acceptance. What a hoot.
